30 days refund.
Refunds on mis graded records. Record must be shipped back and full amount will be refunded (minus return shipping charge).
All orders can be cancelled before payment.
Any damage to records on un insured items cannot be refunded. That includes records warped, bent, cracked, etc by the postal service.
